Mr. Baker on several occasions claimed the reference of the noncredible electoral advisers because of the many signs of partiality. He ensures that the reference of the 9 advisers will disturb the electoral machine by no means since the new advisers could be named within a time d’ one week.

Haitian Kompa music will forever be in the hearts of Haitian people wherever they go. Not only that, even non Haitian people have learned to recognized and even appreciate the Haitian music. In fact, there are plenty of Haitian musicians who haven’t lost their touch as a maestro even for a long period of time. The best epitome is the Zenglen Band, a five member-group of Haitian Kompa musician.

The Zenglen Band started their journey in Haiti on the 1980. Then, they made great Kompa music that lasted for more than twenty years. Up until now, the master pieces of the Zenglen will be forever recognized as one of the best Kompa musicians of all time as shown in www.ToutMizik.com where the only place you could find the best Haitian music. In fact, just last year or 2009, the Zenglen had celebrated their 20 years of existence as a band.

This only proves that the people cannot get enough of Zenglen and Haitian music. Haiti Music, two decades of making great music is more than enough to prove that the band members of Zenglen are one of the best Haitian musicians to ever live and will continue to make fantastic and meaningful music as long as the public still wants them.

Mr. Insulza supported qu’ in spite of certain minor problems the electoral process proceeds normally. “We are not worried by the current location, and we do not see any sign of post-electoral crisis in Haiti”, retorted Mr. Insulza in answer to a question about the consequences d’ elections disputed by l’ opposition.

Cries and recommendations of l’ Haitian opposition, warning against potentially fraudulent elections are not taken into account by the general secretary of l’ OAS. The Chilean diplomat n’ did not want to make comments on the problems which will have to be solved. ” C’ is to the Haitians of the résoudre” , it put forward while wishing a strong participation of the voters in the poll of November 28. Even s’ it keeps s’ to involve in the Haitian businesses, the general secretary of l’ OAS wished all the same the beginning of truths debates between the candidates around certain very important topics, like the process of rebuilding.

Actually l’ OAS is implied in such an amount of partner of l’ National office d’ Identification (ONI) in the electoral process. Mr. Insulza pointed out that its organization maintains d’ close cooperations with the Provisional electoral counsel (STOCK) and l’ ONI, organism in charge to manufacture the charts d’ national identification (CIN) with the potentials voters. The person in charge of l’ hemispherical organization ensures that l’ ONI will be able to distribute l’ entirety of the charts d’ identification before the behaviour of the elections.
